Spiritualitea encompasses the most ancient form of spiritual practice, dating all the way back to the first human to walk the Earth. It is a tradition that utilizes the forces of Nature to commune with spirits. It uses a wide variety of tools such as the elements, the trees, the rocks, plant medicines, ceremony, music, dance & celebration to induce an altered state of perception for personal transformation. It uses prayer, ceremony and magick as ways of reaching the divine.

Yoga is a sanskrit word that means Union. Union with the Divine, union with Self, union with all. Union of body, mind, soul. Yoga is the art of awareness. Yoga is a practice that can involve many different things such as breathing exercises, postures (asanas), meditation techniques, movements, etc. There is several applications, many different styles, teachers, lineages, and everyone's practice is unique to what serves them most.
