An online lunar immersion consists of a multitude of offerings, exercises, and techniques that I will give you over the course of a Moon cycle, that will leave you fully in your power and ready to fully begin your personal practice and realign your path in it's highest alignment. There are 2 options here, a Full Lunar Immersion and a Half-Lunar Immersion. I can also customize either option to suit your needs, schedule and desires. Full Lunar Immersion - 28 days begins on New Moon

This is a complete spiritual/mental/emotional and physical experience. This is for those ready to completely transform and become the highest version of the Self!! This program begins on the New Moon of your choice and lasts the ENTIRE 28+ day moon cycle, all the way till the next New Moon. We begin with a Skype call to touch base and go over the program, and end with another live chat to check in with your growth and progress! • New Moon Ceremony for Setting Intentions:

A written up guide to how you can create your own ceremony that can be as simple/short, or as complex/long as you choose. Create the ritual that meets your needs and fits your schedule and set some intentions and watch as they grow and blossom!

• Weekly Tarot Readings LiveChat (4 in total):

We will be on live chat, and start with a check-in of how its been going for you in your life, things you may be working on, things youd like guidance on, etc. I will consciously put this energy into the cards, as you consciously send energy through Skype, then will intuitively choose the cards for you when you say stop. I then give my in-depth interpretation with my comprehensive knowledge of the cards chosen, and explain how this can relate to your situation/question, and what message is coming through.

• YogaFlow Video (4 in total):

Full Moon is when the energy has built to its highest point! Great time to ask the Universe what we want, celebrate and honor our own fullness. This written prayer can be said aloud, and also used to state affirmations, and will come with ideas on how to make a small ceremony for it.

• Yoga Nidra Audio:

Ever feel exhausted from a busy work day, wish you could take a nap, but just dont have the time!? Yoga nidra is basically a guided nap, it will be about 15 minites in shavasana, guided into a deep and replenishing relaxation. Perfect to replace that lunchtime cup of coffee! 

• Chakra Clearing/Opening Video: 

Video that explains the concept of chakras, explains what aspects of life each one represents, and leads through a guided exercise with each one. Will include info on all chakras, and if there's one or two that you wish to work with more, you will be given the tools to focus on specific ones.
